missingWrote a review on Dec 02excellent breakfasthelpful staffspacious roompoor housekeepingnoise issues
The breakfast spread impressed me a lot. Plenty of options to choose from including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff, particularly Nohely from the front desk, were super helpful and welcoming. I had a spacious room with clean décor and nice toiletries were provided. However, there were a few hiccups. One morning, I didn’t get enough hand towels and the shampoo wasn’t replenished. The hot water took a while to warm up some mornings, which was a bit frustrating. Also, one night there was quite a bit of noise that seemed to travel from the restaurant, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, the service and breakfast stood out, but a few improvements in room maintenance and noise control would enhance the experience.
